You have 30 calendar days to return the Wi-Fi card, from the date and time you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and not recorded on our OSS/BSS with any usage.

Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

On receiving your request, we will check on our server for any usage of the Wi-Fi card and notify you for the outcome and the status of your refund.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card or any other medium used for payment.

You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on the policies of your card issuer or any other medium used by you for payment.
